How-To Install a Gas Cap Holder
Stuff: Gas Cap Holder part# 366403 74423-SP0-000
Sharp knife
Double sided sticky tape
Common sense and a few minutes time
Ok here’s the gas cap holder in all it’s glory..
Ok now on the back are three clips that we don’t need since the inside
of our door is flat. Take the knife and carefully cut them off and trim it down
flat.
(sorry this one is blurry but you can see the clips you don't need)
Once you have that done take and cover the back with double sided sticky tape like so and before you attach it clean the spot you're attaching it to. I used soap and water but alcohol will work or any other cleaner just so long as the adhesive has a good clean dry spot to stick to.
Now lucky for us the cap is recessed far enough in we don’t have to worry
about the door not shutting because the holder hits the cap. Now it’ll
fit just about everywhere on the door but I mounted mine on the upper half out
of the way of the nozzle when fueling but placement is up too you.
Ok and now you’re done.
