VIN Etymology: Based on the Vehicle Identification Number, this 1994 Honda del Sol Si was number 391 to roll off the production line at Suzuka, Japan. It is a 2 Door Coupe (Manual), Passenger Car, with a 1.6L SOHC VTEC engine.
Wheel/Tire: Stock rims for street see other for race setup. Raysbestos Brakes are heavy duty rotors with ceramic pads front and standards back.
Engine: Engine swap - upgraded to a B16A3, Innovative PolyEurothane Engine Mounts, Custom Ram air intake, K&N Filter in modified stock Airbox, MagnaFlow High flow Cat and muffler, Energy Suspension bushings, AEM UnderPulley Driver Kit, Nology Wires, Helix Throttle Body Spacer
Suspension/Brake: Tokico Illumina Adjustable shocks, Progress variable Rate Springs(they suck), with Hyper-Flex bushing system (red), Rear Progress anti-Roll Bar, Ingalls adjustable camber brass bushing mounts for front upper control arm, adjustable camber ball-joints, Ingalls adjustable rear Smartarm bar.
Body: GrillCraft front Grill Cover, Team Sol Il, Honda VTEC and SCCA Decals
Interior: Water temp and Air/Fuel mixture gauges, custom fan switches
Lighting: See Body Mods.
Other Modifications: SCCA Setup: 15 x 6.5 Subzero rims (10lbs each) with Hoosier 205/50 A3S03 racing slicks. Staying away from anything radical as I am racing this car in the SCCA in the summer of 2002 Solo II series, too many mods put it in a different class.
