Here's a link on how to install one for you: VTEC Light Install

See if that helps you out on this. There are more on the web, just do a search for "VTEC Light".

I've looked at the nett, but can only find vtec light that lights when the vtec hits inn.
I'm looking for one that's lights when the engine is hot enough for the vtec to hit inn.

why would you want an additional light on your dash to tell you that you are at normal temperature? Seems like that would be sort of a distraction.

personally, I wouldn't want a bright light on all the time on my dash, especially at night....my personal opinion aside, if all else fails, just wire up a switch to the light in the dash and when you see your temperature gauge rise, flip it on. :P (the link to the site you provided didn't load up for me)

That link does the same thing I posted the link to, it's a vtec light that comes on when VTEC is engaged, otherwise it's off, just does not give the details or pictures on how to install it.
