TSI board is now truely 'International'

I just installed a few different languages for our friends abroad. There aren't too many translations out there yet, but they have people working on them and I will add them as they come up.

Here is a list of what we offer now.
British English / British English
English US / English (United States) - DEFAULT
French (Technical)‎ / Français
German (Casual Honorifics)‎ / Deutsch (Du)‎
German (Formal Honorifics)‎ / Deutsch (Sie)‎
Italian / Italiano
Spanish (Argentina) / Español (Argentina)

Users have the options to change their default language in their profiles. Its too bad the translations won't work on the actual posts though. Where is that universal translator from Star Trek?
